Whole Body CryoTherapy

CryoTherapy was originally created for rheumatoid arthritis in the late 1970's. This non-invasive treatment has become an alternative way to handle aches & pains from everyday living to fibromyalgia & arthritis.

3 Phases of CryoTherapy

phase 1.  PURIFY

During a 2 to 3 minute session at -240F, blood vessels in your skin’s surface and muscle tissue constrict, forcing blood away from the peripheral tissues and toward your core. In the core, the body’s natural filtration system works to remove toxins and inflammatory properties from the blood.

phase 2.  RESTORE

After exiting the CryoSpa, purified blood flows back to the peripheral tissues now enriched with oxygen, nutrients and enzymes - as your blood warms, it enriches the surrounding skin and muscle tissues which increases range of motion.

phase 3.  RESULTS

The restoration process begins to take place over the next 48 hours as your body returns to a better than former state.  Your body will be left with reduced inflammation, reduced pain and increased energy levels.  Recovery times from strenuous workouts and injury are improved and shortened.

Enjoy Happy Hour, Every Tuesday 3-5pm

I have an autoimmune disease called Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.  Which means I have inflammation in my joints, among other symptoms.  I had been reading about CryoTherapy and decided to try it.  I went to Frigid CryoTherapy for the first time and almost instantly had relief from the pain.  It has helped my knees, hands, shoulders and neck pain.  We went out of town for a week and I could instantly tell a difference from not Chilling!  I went to Frigid as soon as I got home and had relief soon after my Chill.  The people at Frigid are so helpful and courteous.  Very knowledgeable.
